New immunostimulants as vaccine adjuvants and drugs for the immunotherapy of cancer and infectious diseases
Our specification refers to novel conjugated compounds that function as immunostimulants and are useful for the treatment of viral, bacterial, fungal and protozoal infections, tumours or cancers and other immunological diseases. Additionally, the conjugated compounds of the invention can be used as vaccine adjuvants.

The advantage of nitroxoline over other candidate drugs for the treatment of Covid 19 (repurposing drugs – amantadine, teicoplanin) is that the mechanism of action on the target is precisely defined, since years ago we determined the spatial structure of the complex with cathepsin B.
Bacillus subtilis strain with strong inhibition of enteropathogenic and foodborne pathogenic bacteria
Bacillus subtilis strain PS-216 has been shown to have strong inhibitory activity against enteropathogenic and/or foodborne pathogenic bacteria, such as Campylobacter jejuni. Particularly, our innovative product uses the Bacillus subtilis strain PS-216 for the preparation of food compositions and probiotic compositions.

Our invention combines two methods of water purification, cavitation and plasma. Both methods are effective in cleaning the water. The advantage of the invention over other methods of water purification is mainly in energy efficiency and the fact that no additional chemicals are needed for efficient operation.
Green cutting of metals
The invention is a continuous liquid phase supply system for the cryogenic medium with phase separator that supplies the liquid phase to the cutting zone while the separated gaseous phase is used to isolate the flow of the liquid phase and create an inert atmosphere in the rigid cutting zone.
New Class of inhibitors with activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria
We have discovered a new class of inhibitors of the ATPase domains of DNA gyrase and/or topoisomerase IV. The benzothiazole scaffold-based compounds, that can be used in the manufacture of drugs, are effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens in humans.
