Non-disclosure agreement

Non-disclosure agreement (NDAs) are legally binding agreements that determine the scope of confidential information, parties’ obligations, that are naturally aimed towards confidentiality preservation, types of information not considered as confidential etc. In the knowledge exchange transactions potential partners conclude NDAs with the intention of acquiring certain information about the other party’s technology, business data, know how or any kind of intellectual property in order to evaluate their market and technical value.
