Companies face challenges related to technology, marketing, and employment on a daily basis. The Knowledge Transfer Office helps you find suitable solutions and connects you with the experts from the University of Ljubljana.

This involves the following steps:

1. We schedule a meeting with the company’s representatives to identify the immediate and/or strategic challenges the company is facing.

2. We submit these challenges to the researchers at our Faculties and invite them to provide potential solutions, knowledge, expertise, and experience.

3. Potential solutions are confidentially presented in individual meetings; these take place at the facilities of the University of Ljubljana or at the company.

4.  After the meeting is concluded, we exchange views on the potential of future collaboration and formulate an action plan for agreed development projects.

We are ready to provide solutions to your challenges.

Simona Rataj. 11 letters that summarise my strengths and experiences:

I am part of the team who promotes the innovations and knowledge generated by researchers and present both to companies. We connect the research and business communities to create networks for new development projects. We encourage cooperation, as we believe we can achieve much more, and do so more easily, by joining forces.

I have over ten years of experience in promoting and presenting innovation and stimulating development cooperation, which I gained working in the largest Slovenian business association. I am well acquainted with the Slovenian business sector, as well as the domestic and foreign entrepreneurship and innovation support environments.

I hold a master’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana.
